Club WOW is open to all customers on CD WOW! The details are simple... you shop and we will reward you with a voucher for every 11th item.

Once you have purchased your 10 items we will average out the value of your transactions and issue you a Club WOW! gift voucher for this amount. Then you can redeem it on any item in the store.

There is no sign up fee and no complicated reward structure; you shop and we’ll reward you!

Conditions

  1. This programme starts from 5th June 2009 and only applies to purchases from this date. No purchases made prior to this date count towards the loyalty programme.
  2. The value of the 11th item will be calculated by totalling the sum of your 10 purchased items then dividing the amount by 10.
  3. All 10 items must be purchased from the same CD WOW website to be eligible for the free 11th item. For example, purchases from CDWOW.com.au and CDWOW.net will count towards different Club WOW programmes.
  4. The average value of the transactions will not include the cost of freight on books or cosmetics.
  5. All 10 items must be shipped within 60 days of the first item being shipped in order to be eligible for the Club WOW! voucher. (CDWOW! will use reasonable endeavours to have the 10th order shipped within the 60 days of the first order). For example if the first item is shipped on January 1st then the remaining 9 orders need to be shipped by March 1st.
  6. Your Club WOW voucher will be issued within 2 working days of your 10th purchase being shipped from our warehouse, and will be valid for 4 weeks from date of issue.
  7. If a promotional voucher is used for partial payment against an item then the value remaining after the promotional voucher is applied will go towards the average price of the 11th item.
  8. The purchase of gift vouchers count towards the value of your Club WOW voucher. When you redeem a gift voucher this does not count towards your next Club WOW voucher. If a gift voucher is used as partial payment for an item then the value remaining after the gift voucher is redeemed will go towards the Club WOW voucher.
  9. If the order exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid via our available payment options.
  10. Club WOW vouchers cannot be redeemed on items currently on sale, or during promotional periods.
  11. In the event of an order getting lost in transit only the original order will be eligible for qualification to Club WOW! Any replacement orders will not count towards the value of the voucher.
  12. Club WOW Vouchers are redeemable online at CDWOW! only.
  13. Club WOW Vouchers can only be redeemed at a CDWOW! site that supports the currency stated on the voucher. For example, a voucher issued in GBP sterling is not redeemable on purchases made in Euros.
  14. Club WOW Vouchers may not be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Vouchers (you cannot purchase a Gift Voucher with another voucher).
  15. No more than one Club WOW Voucher can be redeemed against an order.
  16. It is the responsibility of the bearer to use the full value within the validity period. Expiry Dates are provided on all CDWOW! Vouchers and unused portions will expire immediately after the stated expiry date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when expired.
  17. Club WOW Vouchers can only be used once and can’t be partly redeemed. This Promotional Voucher is limited to one use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotional Voucher or Refund Voucher. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed with this voucher. If you do not use the full value of the Club WOW voucher in one transaction then any remaining amount will be reset to zero.
  18. CDWOW! reserves the right to change the terms or terminate the loyalty programme at any point, and will give all members 4 weeks’ notice before the programme ends.
